Rarity and Fertility

Every deed has a rarity, and each rarity has its own biome and Fertility. Fertility is the deed's power in the game: the higher it is, the more the deed produces.

Every deed of the same rarity has the same Fertility, so a Mythic has 1.8× the Fertility of a Common
Rarity was assigned at random. It's shown in each deed's metadata and on OpenSea
Biomes are the look. Fertility does the work

Fertility counts more than once

Fertility isn't just one number in one formula. It sets your share almost everywhere a deed earns:

Now: how much Fertilizer your Fert Deck makes
Later: your share of your deed's Root Cellar
Later: your share of the claim fees paid back to staked deeds
Later: your share of the Windfall
Later: ████████████ (classified)

So a Mythic's 1.8× is only the raw score. Its edge carries into every reward, and more parts of the game may use Fertility as it grows.

Plot art

Each deed is an animated isometric pixel art plot, 180×180, laid out as a 4×4 grid
The top of the plot is the build site. It's empty in the art, and the game draws your structure there
The rest is generated: terrain (Open Field, Pond or River), big decor, water decor and small decor
Rarer deeds tend to roll more decor and more special pieces. A special never repeats on the same plot
Plot art is visual only and doesn't change what a deed produces

Metadata

Each deed's metadata lists its Tier, Biome, Fertility, Terrain, each decor piece, each special, and its decor and special counts.

Transfers

Founding Deeds use the ERC-721C standard, which lets the collection control which marketplaces can trade it, so royalties are respected. Resales carry a 5% royalty.
